Hi and welcome to my Essex lifestyle travel blog. Like Love do was founded in June 2016 and is blog written by myself and an Essex blogger Donna Vallance. Like Love Do receives 70,000 views a month.

In 2018 I was nominated for Brillance in Blogging award in Photography with BritMums. You will see throughout my blog that photography is a passion. I am an avid crafter, book reader and love to cook. I love to try everything that comes my way with great enthusiasm.

A London blog as well as an Essex blog at heart

I cover all subjects from my local area to our adventures in London as well as our travels around the world. London has always been a passion of mine so my first instinct was to write a London blog after all I know London like the back of my hand. It soon transpired that I had more than that to tell and here we are with just about all sorts.

Crafting and Scrapbooking with Like love Do

One of my first passions is craft and scrapbooking particularly. I have been on design teams and won scrapbooker of the year in 2006 for a large magazine company. I have also been published in books and magazines for my scrapbooking so would consider myself a scrapbooking blogger.

I have also picked up a passion for sewing for which I am still learning with great enthusiasm.

The Essex Blogger in me

The Essex blogger in me brings a flourish of interiors, travel, books, craft and fashion all thrown in. There is never a dull moment. I love supporting my local area but I also love to go further afield.

Our way of life is documented throughout my Essex lifestyle travel blog and the focus is on enjoying our lifestyle. I love nothing more than getting dressed up and also experimenting with my curly hair.

We are a family of four with three crazy dogs and two teenage boys so life is pretty busy.

Being an Essex lifestyle blogger has brought lots of fun and helped us discover lots of new horizons.

The Curly Girl Method Blog

I trained as a hairdresser and spent the best part of my life cutting and styling hair I soon realised that I had been hiding my real curly hair. It was then that I discovered the Curly Girl method. I have now been adding to my curly girl method blog section with reviews and techniques to help people get to grips with their curls.
