Fortnum & Mason’s Christmas Windows 2024

by Donna Vallance Leave a Comment

This year Fortnum & Mason’s Christmas Windows 2024 are adorned with wildlife and small creatures hiding amongst the gifts. Labelled the Christmas Extraordinary Window’s mice climb around and dance like ballerinas and crocodiles bear their teeth.

The Fortnum & Mason Windows this year for 2024 are probably some of my favourite! As always the front facade of Fortnum takes on a giant advent calendar while the rest of the theme is the displays are inspired by the beautiful selection of Christmas products, featuring the newly launched wildlife packaging.

I visited the store to see them for myself in Piccadilly to experience the magic firsthand. It was magic with cheeky mice hiding in each enchanting display and throughout the store.

“Fortnum’s Christmas windows have long been a beacon of festive cheer,” says Sallie Smith, Head of Visual Presentation. “This year, our displays draw inspiration from our exquisite Christmas collection, including our newly introduced packaging. The designs feature majestic creatures, vibrant foliage, intricate borders, and bold color palettes, all coming together to embody the wonder of a Fortnum’s Christmas in 2024.”

It truly is a magical cast of extraordinary animal’s and characters taking centre stage! Check out the Croc with the playfull mouse in his mouth. The Fortnum & Mason Windows this year are probably some of my favourite! Birds flutter by with shimmering baubles in their beaks. Mice twirl gracefully, perfecting their ballet pirouettes. A crocodile beams beneath his festive Christmas crown and two pelican’s help themself to champagne. There is even squirrel’s, a deer and a pesky fox.

Squirrel’s hidden in the branches opening a present whilst mice look on. I love the oversize mistletoe and attention to detail.

You can find Fortnum’s at 181 Piccadilly, where they have been for over 300 years.

Check out these Jumping hares and miniature mice in the purple window.
