The Knightsbridge store’s display is anchored by five exclusive sculptures from Burton’s private collection, derived from his iconic illustrations and previously exhibited around the globe. These unique pieces from The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy & Other Stories add a playful eeriness, imbuing the holiday displays with Burton’s darkly whimsical charm.

The remaining windows draw viewers into surreal landscapes of twisted, ghostly trees, each scene telling its own story. With carefully orchestrated light and shadow, Burton’s signature motifs, and a refined black-and-white palette, these displays reinterpret his iconic style with a luxurious holiday flair.

“Our 2024 Christmas windows were directly inspired by The World of Tim Burton exhibition,” shares Janet Wardley, Head of Visual Display at Harvey Nichols. “Framed by intricate tree silhouettes, both inside and out, these windows create a dreamlike forest scene. Inside, custom crystal and metal trees are adorned with our most desired gifts, while mannequins with branch-inspired headpieces showcase this season’s standout partywear.”

Enhanced by dramatic red lighting, the display wraps around the Knightsbridge flagship, while regional Harvey Nichols stores recreate the festive magic, bringing Burton’s enchanting world to locations across the country.
